Postnatal Support
You planned for birth. You knew what you wanted, you researched, you prepared. But when it came to postpartum, you might’ve thought you’d just go with the flow. The truth is, those early weeks deserve just as much care and attention. Postnatal support is about giving yourself the chance to recover, rest, and grow into motherhood with calm and confidence.
My packages are designed to wrap around you in those first weeks and months – offering reassurance when everything feels new, creating space to slow down and recover, and reminding you that your needs matter too. I’ll bring you peace of mind, gentle guidance, and the kind of care that helps you feel stronger, calmer, and deeply connected to your baby.
One month of support
Your first month with your baby will be filled with so many “firsts.” First night at home. First feeds. First moments of wondering if you’re getting any of this right. The days can feel so long and so short at the same time. You want to feel secure, grounded, and confident, but instead, you’re juggling advice from everyone around you while quietly worrying you’re getting it wrong.
We begin with a postnatal planning session – a dedicated hour to talk openly about your hopes, worries, and what really matters to you in these first weeks. We’ll create a gentle framework that helps you prioritise rest, recovery, and bonding, while leaving plenty of space for the unpredictable beauty of life with a newborn.
Then, across 24 hours of in-person support, I’ll be with you in the moments that matter most. Whether it’s helping you find comfort in feeding positions, guiding you through soothing techniques, or simply holding space so you can nap, shower, or breathe, you’ll feel cared for in a way that lets you give your best to your baby without burning yourself out.
Between visits, you’ll have me on hand for questions, concerns, or even just a moment of reassurance when the day feels heavy. No more googling at midnight. No more panic spirals. Just gentle guidance that reminds you – you are already the best mother for your baby.
By the end of this month, you’ll feel more confident, more rested, and more able to enjoy the precious slowness of this season without guilt.

Two months of support
The truth is, six weeks is not enough. Your healing, your adjustment, your new family rhythm – all of it takes time. With this package, you’ll give yourself permission to slow down and stretch into a gentler postpartum season.
We’ll start with a postnatal planning session, where we explore how you want your days and weeks to feel – the support you need, the routines that matter to you, and the ways you want to experience these first months with your baby.
From there, you’ll have 42 hours of in-person support woven across two months. I’ll be there for gentle support with feeding, moments to rest or nap, help with practical tasks that feel overwhelming, or simply sitting beside you to remind you that you’re doing beautifully.
Through it all, you’ll also have messaging support, so when little doubts creep in, or the ups and downs of feeding, sleep, and emotions feel heavy, you’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone.
By the end of our time together, you’ll not only feel more recovered physically, but also more at ease emotionally – ready to embrace the ongoing changes in your life with confidence, in a way that feels sustainable.
Your investment: £1400
Three months of support
This is the most nurturing option – a full trimester of care to carry you through the most transformative months of your life.
We’ll begin with a 90-minute planning session to look ahead to this season, consider your intentions and priorities, and shape the support that will help you feel secure, rested, and supported.
Then, with 60 hours of in-person support spread across three months, you’ll never feel like you have to “just get on with it.” You’ll know there’s someone coming back again and again, holding space for you to rest, heal, and discover who you are as a mother. Whether it’s the physical healing, the emotional rollercoaster, or the everyday practicalities of caring for a newborn, you’ll always have someone to lean on.
This isn’t about perfect routines or quick fixes. It’s about creating memories that feel warm, glowing, and full of love – afternoons of skin-to-skin without guilt, long feeding sessions without doubt, quiet mornings where your only job is to be with your baby.
With messaging support throughout, you’ll have continuous reassurance. By the end of this journey, you’ll feel grounded, peaceful, and proud of the choices you made for yourself and your baby.

One-off sessions
Sometimes you don’t need a whole package, you just need a day. A few hours of care to steady yourself, catch your breath, and be reminded that you are enough.
In these flexible sessions, we’ll focus on whatever you need most in the moment. That could mean sitting together while you practise feeding, helping you find calm in the busier parts of the day, or giving you the space to rest while I hold your baby nearby.
One-off sessions are like a reset button, a pause in the whirlwind that helps you return to your baby feeling lighter, more confident, and more yourself.
Your investment: £40 per hour
