Birth Doula
You’ve imagined this moment for months, maybe years. You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and created the birth preferences document that's now on its seventh revision. You want to feel the power of your body bringing your baby earthside. To have those first moments be slow, private, and sacred.
What you need now is someone who sees you. Who listens when you say “home birth” without raising an eyebrow, who validates the fire in your belly. You want to feel absolutely certain in your choices.
You want to look back on your birth story and feel peace. Not regret, not "at least we're both healthy," but genuine, bone-deep peace.
Birth Doula Package
When you choose me to be your doula, this isn’t transactional. You're inviting me into one of the most transformative experiences of your life – someone who will hold space for every version of you that shows up along the way.
Our Antenatal Sessions
We'll meet three times before your baby arrives, and these sessions aren't about ticking boxes or working through a curriculum, they’re about you. We’ll talk about what power means to you, what surrender looks like, how you want to feel when you finally meet your baby.
Your birth partner will be a key part of this preparation. As your doula, I’m not here to replace them. We'll work together on what advocacy really looks like, how to read you during labour, when to step in and when to just let you be. By the time your baby comes, they won’t just support your decisions – they’ll know how to hold the line. How to protect the space you need. How to be your voice when you're deep in labour, unreachable, doing the most important work of your life.
We'll reframe what a "powerful birth" actually means, because it's not about the location or whether you use pain relief or how closely you stick to your initial plan. It's about how you feel in your body, how connected you are to your instincts, how much ownership you feel over your experience. You’ll explore your choices, learn how to protect your space, how to let your body lead, and how to handle unexpected turns so that you stay centred however your birth unfolds.
Ongoing Support
From the moment you book until two weeks after your baby is born, you’ll have a steady, reassuring presence alongside you. I’m just a message away to answer any questions that arise, whether you’ve been spiralling about something your mother-in-law said, or you have a question that seems small but keeps you awake at night. I’m there, no waiting weeks for your next appointment.
From 34 weeks onward, we'll have weekly check-in calls. This is when things intensify, when you’re tired of waiting, when every twinge makes you wonder "is this it?", when you need reassurance that your body knows exactly what it's doing. These calls are a space for you to process, to voice the thoughts that you haven’t said aloud, to be held exactly as you are.
Labour & Birth Support
When labour begins, I'm here for remote support during working hours. You can reach out whether you're noticing early signs, wondering if this is really it, need guidance on positions or timing contractions, or simply when to call your midwife. I'm here to help you feel grounded and confident wherever you've chosen to birth your baby.
You can also request that I join you in person for your labour and birth. If you decide you'd like in-person support, just let me know during pregnancy so I can plan around your due date and give you the best chance of having me there.
If I’m available, I'll be there with you throughout your labour and birth, and for up to two hours after your baby is born. During this time, I can offer support with feeding and initial baby care so that you feel confident in those early hours together.
If I’m there, you'll have someone in the room who knows you. Who's heard your fears and your hopes. Who can read the subtle shifts in your energy and respond without you having to ask. Who will protect your space, remind you of your strength, and make sure you have privacy to connect with your baby in those first precious moments.
But, a very important note: my presence at your birth isn't what makes you powerful. You already are. Everything we do together in our antenatal sessions – the mindset work, the preparation, the advocacy skills your partner develops – that's what carries you through your birth, whether I'm physically there or not.
If you request in-person birth support and I'm able to join you, an additional call-out fee of £700 is invoiced following your birth.
After your baby arrives
I’ll visit you again after you’ve birthed your baby to hold space for you, however you’re feeling. This is your time to process and talk through your birth experience, seek support with feeding or baby care, or simply allow yourself to be cared for while you get to know your little one. I can also signpost you to trusted local resources if you would like.
The Transformation
Our work together isn’t just about supporting you during pregnancy and birth. It's a recalibration of how you see yourself.
You'll stop absorbing other people's opinions about your choices. You'll create boundaries around your birth space with clarity and without apology. Your birth partner will step into their role with confidence, knowing exactly how to support you when it matters most.
When labour begins, you'll trust your body. You'll use the tools we've practiced to work with your body and your baby. If things shift from your original plan, you'll respond from a place of knowing, not fear or panic. You'll make decisions that feel right, and you'll have someone beside you making sure those decisions are heard and respected.
And afterwards, you'll begin postpartum feeling strong. Connected. Like you can handle whatever comes next, because you already have. When you hold your baby, you'll know in your bones that you gave them the best possible start.
